Sam's Club

Always great quality in produce and meats. The employees are always helpful and friendly. Very worth the trip. The fuel prices are competitive with the surrounding stations too. Everyone needs to watch their pennies these days.

To whom it may concern for the last 20 plus years I’ve been buying all my tires at Sam’s.Daniel and Tionna have surpassed all expectations or my request to maximize my tires and get the most mileage out of my Michelin Defender. My only suggestion is to give Daniel and Tionna all available trading to make the best service even better. Bob the store manager should be very proud of having two very capable coworkers in the Tire and Battery department. That protects his back side and gives Sam’s a good reputation. John A very satisfied customer

I like going here as much as possible. Great selection and gift ideas. I never know what I'm going to find here. Love the seasonal selection. Great place to find holiday food and food platters, back to school supplies, beverages and snacks. *Best and cheapest place to buy toilet paper in town. **The best way to buy spices. They amount u get for the price u pay is better than anywhere else.

Pickup ordering here is usually terrible now. They cancel items in your order last minute without prior notice which is an issue for us because we live far away. We’ll place order 24-48 hrs in advance, so there’s no reason items should suddenly be out stock unless they are pulling our items out of our pick up order to give to other customers. Or they’re waiting to the last minute to pull our order. Or they are advertising the item as in stock when it is not. In any case, we would be willing to reschedule pick up when stuff is back in stock, but they don’t let us know until we’re already there. At that point, even if we refuse the order we’re still at a loss because we wasted gas and time. This last time with our pickup order it was clear our frozen stuff wasn’t kept in frozen. All the boxes were beat up and falling apart from the condensation of thawing. Customer service is all AI now and it takes hours to speak to an “associate”. I used to have such great experiences with Sams club throughout my life. So disappointing how bad the service has gotten.
